autoKratz - Becoming the Wraith [w/ Peter Hook] (Shok's Zeitmahl Snack Mix)
FREE DOWNLOAD: UK's autoKratz, featuring Joy Division/ New Order bassist, Peter Hook remixed by me. I worked on this during June, just before the three Nick Cave / Grinderman mixes. Prince Purple Party - Recap & Partial setlist
The first Prince Purple Party recap
There was lots of dancing, smiles, Prince songs and purple.
Positive energy was abound as you grooved, gyrated and got down to the music.
The fashion was spectacular! You are a gorgeous lot!
It was a great way to celebrate a birthday and I thank everyone who participated including everyone dancing, the DJs who spun the music with me (Jason Savvy, Jack Stauss & Henry Self), The Holding Co. (venue), Brian Erzen photography, Lina Lecaro (LA Weekly) and the amazing aerial silk artistry of Pamela Samuelson. Watching her attach and dismantle the silk from the rafters was quite intense!
My feet were sore from Prince-esque dance moves in my tall white boots, but it was worth it ;)
If you have photos from Saturday, please send links.
Here is what I spun from 1:30am until 3am (other sets will be added)
