No more Prince video. I believe the fact that the number of views was so fantastic that hours after Youtube sent me a revenue sharing email for it, they followed with a removal notification via NPG Records (Prince New Power Generation). I am glad many folks were able to catch a glimpse the amazing performance while it was online.


A few years ago, NPG Records went after anyone who posted a video on youtube of him performing Radiohead's Creep at Coachella. Radiohead was upset that Prince had the videos removed since the true holder of the song copyright is Radiohead... in the end, Radiohead won and the videos were replaced ;)

Using special colored pencils, Beijing-based Xia Xiaowan paints on 14 to 30 panes of glass to create ghostly holographic artwork. Walk around one of these paintings and you will notice that the image changes along each shift of perspective, blurring the line between painting and sculpture. Each piece takes approximately one to two months to complete, depending on the degree of complexity of the image. Xia Xiaowan’s goal has always been to explore, by means of expanded and diffracted viewpoints, a new and "true vision" which goes beyond the principles of physics. Since his early drawings, he restlessly pushed the boundaries of Western traditional realistic painting. His big breakthrough came in 2003. By creating "spatial paintings," Xiaowan broke through the two-dimensional plane and created three-dimensional artwork that essentially lives in mid-air.

A shipping container filled with rubber duckies was lost at sea in 1992, and the bath toys are still washing ashore today.

In 1992, a shipping crate containing 28,000 plastic bath toys was lost at sea when it fell overboard on its way from Hong Kong to the United States. No one at the time could have guessed that those same bath toys would still be floating the world's oceans nearly 20 years later.

Since that fabled day in 1992 when they were unceremoniously abandoned at sea, the yellow ducks have bobbed halfway around the world. Some have washed up on the shores of Hawaii, Alaska, South America, Australia and the Pacific Northwest; others have been found frozen in Arctic ice. Still others have somehow made their way as far as Scotland and Newfoundland, in the Atlantic.

Perhaps the most famous Floatees, though, are the some 2,000 of them that still circulate in the currents of the North Pacific Gyre — a vortex of currents which stretches between Japan, southeast Alaska, Kodiak and the Aleutian Islands that the plight of the duckies helped to identify.
