Geeks! The Musical! with Juliette Angeli
If you are in LA, go see Juliette Angeli, of Red Light District, perform in the world premiere of Geeks! The Musical!, an original musical comedy, following adventures of fanboys & fangirls, geeks and goths alike who would be at Comicon. There is an entire song about Dr. Who, if that is your thang!

CIRQUE: IRIS
Thanks to Jon Monastero of Ten West, in just an hour or so, I will be seeing a sneak preview of the new Cirque performance at the Kodak Theatre, three blocks from home. This should lift the spirits. It was a productive day of work. Have a good evening!

First set of the year - Kitty Kitty Bang Bang went off with a BANG!
Last night was amazing! It was my first time spinning since last year and an amazing welcome back to it! The energy during my set was amazing! People were literally screaming during certain songs. Thank you to everyone! This restores my faith in my abilities. VOTD: Tesla - Mario Bros
I am a fan of both Tesla and Mario Bros. and here we have twin Solid State Musical Tesla coils sparking over twelve feet of electrical current to the tune of the famous video game theme. This video was recorded at the 2007 Lightning on the Lawn Teslathon in Baraboo, Wisconsin.

Btw, Teslathon? I love the ring of that... it would certainly put a twist on the ole Jerry Lewis Telethon. Perhaps if they combined the two, there would be greater financial support to the kids in need.
While on the topic of "Fun", tonight is another performance of Boom Chick Boom: Peep This! The female comedy group will set the audience on a wild ride for an hour of hilarity!

Nitzer Ebb @ Key Club w/ Shok tonight.
Nitzer Ebb helped pave the way for modern dance music. Their aggressive beats and chants have provided for quite an aerobic workout in the darkest of clubs to the radio mainstreams of the late 80s & 90s.
Their Industrial Complex tour, ignites this evening at the Key Club in Hollywood.

Revell Shok: Vest & Hat Soiree FREE
This will be our FINAL Friday FREE
Next week, October 2nd (if you can believe that) will be free with RSVP until 10:30 & $5 for everyone else.
This Friday will officially be a VEST & HAT night. While it is certainly not mandatory, it will be fun. We had a last minute group of people who wanted it to be vest night and some people DID get the memo via twitter.
