I remember being in fourth grade and doing the math on a Saturday afternoon at my father's place, figuring out how old I would be at the year 2000. I wondered how life would be; Pocket Computers, video conferencing, experiencing new art ala film and music and of course, transportation.

The flying car may not have arrived, but the street airplane certainly has.
